Rental Services

laptoprental provides laptops, desktops, PCs, and related IT equipment on a rental basis for personal, corporate, training, and event use. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation.

Eligibility

Customers must provide valid identification, address proof, and required documents before renting any equipment. Corporate clients may be required to submit company registration documents.

Payments & Security Deposit

Rental charges, security deposits (if applicable), and taxes must be paid in advance. Deposits are refundable after equipment return, subject to inspection and condition.

Usage Responsibility

• Equipment must be used responsibly and only for lawful purposes.
• The customer is responsible for any damage, loss, or theft during the rental period.
• Subleasing or transferring rented equipment is strictly prohibited.

Maintenance & Support

laptoprental provides basic technical support during the rental period. Damage caused due to misuse or negligence will be chargeable.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be informed in advance. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to the agreed rental terms. Same-day cancellations may not be eligible for refunds.

Limitation of Liability

laptoprental shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of rented equipment or service interruptions.
